Universal Rock Large Cobblestone Rock Background Panel
A large scale modern looking wall measuring roughly 16’ x 9’, this rock panel is a great covering for outdoor kitchens, accenting pony walls or retaining walls or any application that requires a bit more of a formal look.
The Cobblestone panel is quite flexible even though it is fairly detailed allowing you to bend it around most curves creating a unique effect that is extremely difficult to achieve with real stone. With a maximum thickness of 1” in some spots and down to a minimum of ¼” in others, cutting and modifying this panel is fairly simple and will allow use of other tools that our thicker panels can’t use; such as table saws or circular saws etc.
Depending on your substrate the Cobblestone can allow for multiple attaching methods. For use on wood or sheetrock our favorite is to use a pneumatic staple gun, a manual heavy duty staple gun can also be used on thinner areas.
For other materials like metal or concrete, screws or a strong adhesive can be used also. The formal style of this panel can make seeming and blending more difficult compared to our other more natural styles. If the joins are exposed it can be a little tough to camouflage. If possible we recommend terminating the seams behind a trim piece.
